Room was excellent, very new, room size was also good.View from the room was amazing. Staff was very polite and friendly. I will definitely recommend and stay in this hotel again.

Clean room, location, A/C in room.

Breakfast - was each day late - instead of 7.30, it was opened 20-30 min later as bread was every day delivered late. Turkish coffee or espresso are not served within breakfast price, instead there is only instant coffee. Stuff - in general does not speak/understand English good. Payment on check out - hotel did not accept American or Visa credit cards, justifying it with problems with our own bank or card (which was not the case, as we did not exceeded the limit and in the City we used this cards w/o any problems). We made reservation with Amex, at the end we had to pay with cash (!!).

Good position near to the main attractions of Istanbul. Large and clean rooms with whirlpool bath. Big breakfast on a fantastic panoramic terrace.

The turkish bath is not free and it is not included in the room tariff. The staff requests a cash payment even if the hotel consitions allow the use of credit cards.

Everything covered in above points - staff was efficient and helpful, location was ideal, room was comfortable. They arranged airport transport - reasonable cost and reliable.

Best location - only 100 yards from Agia Sophia. Rooms were very large and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Amazing view from breakfast terrace.

Wow! What can I say- the location of this hotel is amazing, within minutes walk of many major sights including blue mosque, topkapi palace, basilica cisterns and Hagia Sofia. The hotel itself is incredible value for money- the room was large and comfortable very quiet and all amenities worked well including Jacuzzi tub and efficient air conditioning. Perhaps the highlight of the stay for us was leisurely breakfasts on the rooftop terrace with wonderful view of the nearby sights. Previous reviews have commented on the quality of breakfasts- we thought the selection of fruit cheese, bread, coffee was very good. Finally the staff at the hotel were very helpful especially booking restaurants for dinner. Overall a great experience.

Basilica is excellently located in old Istanbul, within easy walking distance of the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and the tramway stop.Nice view from the breakfast terrace.

The hotel has an excellent location. Most of the major tourist spots are within walking distance. Rate was value for money. However, I noted that the hotel is understaffed.
